Types of data collected

Browsing data. The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (for example IP address, browser and device type, operating system, date and time of the request). This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to verify that it is functioning correctly.

Data provided voluntarily. Through the contact form, the user may provide first and last name, company, email address, telephone number, reason for contact and the content of the message sent.

Purposes of processing

Data is processed in order to: (a) respond to commercial enquiries, B2B requests and requests for product information; (b) manage pre-contractual and contractual relationships; (c) comply with legal obligations; (d) ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.
